True, but I think they can get away with at least the addition of the color yellow, and one more layer without ttaking up too much space. I would love to have one more layer and yellow, then I can use the other half of the color wheel, and be able to layer flips better if I accidentally leave something out that I should have put in before using both layers for a semi complex scene.

It's hard to know when someone you know is hurt. It's even harder to know when someone close to you is hurt, for when you know they are hurt, you hurt as well.

Thank you. I really appreciate to hear that. And I agree it's not my best flip, and that I could have done better. And you are quite right by that analogy. I'm sure it disappointed those who enjoyed my work (although it really wasn't meant for them). So the only thing I can do, is put out better work when I can.

I do. But I just had to comment back since you are the first one to have given me such a steep critique. I was actually quite amused by it since you are also the first one to have given me such harsh words about my work.

True. Not much else can be said of that. But there are those who can't take it, at least, initially. Similarly though, "what does not kill you, makes you stronger."

Usually the hardest person to critique you is yourself. And I'm just like you at times, not posting something because I scrapped an idea thinking it was terrible in the end, or I need to improve myself better before making another one. And I'm also joyful that you like my flipnotes. That means quite a lot since I admire your flips as well.

I am too. But If I do critique someone, I try to do it tactfully so they hopefully don't feel like they are getting bashed at, which is how harsher critiques can make people feel.

Why don't you do it anyways? Not by diego's time, but on your time? You don't have to wait for someone to give you a flip to critique.

True this is not my best work, but it does not mean I don't know anatomy. This flip was more of a rush job because of how late into the contest the idea came about. And If other people don't understand it, then that's alright because it wasn't really meant for them; it was meant for JR to laugh at because that is what he wanted for his contest, something that is comedy, especially something that involed him. I'm also not as young as you think either. In fact, I'm older than you, and I've spent years drawing too. This piece does not even show the best I can do. Plus, it helps to say what I could do to improve then just pointing out all the flaws. There's more to critiquing then just pointing out what you like or don't like.

And with that said - if there's any other of my flips you want to critique, then be my guest.
