I had this idea stirring around my head last year but never got around to do it until a few days ago. When I made the flipnote originally it was gonna be an actual Pikachu minus the taser and gun. But when Retro made Muscle-Chu, I figured a man in a Pikachu costume would be more amusing.

Also upon review, I didn't feel it was still good enough. So, I added a gun, a taser and a C&C Music Factory song to hopefully make it bearable.
